Note on SalesComp Edge: All data uploaded to SalesComp Edge is processed locally within your browser. No data is transmitted to or stored on Falcon Incentives servers.
2.4 Interactive guides and events
When you use one of our interactive guides (for example the guide at falconincentives.com/atlanta-guide) or meet us at an event:
The answers you choose (your role, priorities and industry) and the first name and company you type in are used to put together your results page. If you do not give us an email address, these stay in your browser and are not sent to us. We record anonymous usage of the guide (which steps and answers are chosen) through the analytics described in our Cookie Policy, without your name.
If you give us your work email address in a guide, we receive it together with your first name, company and answers.
If you hand us a business card or fill in a slip at our table, we keep the details you give us.
Consent to follow up. Giving us your email address in a guide, handing us your business card, or ticking the follow-up line on a table slip is your consent for Falcon Incentives to send you what you asked for and to follow up with you about it. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list without asking you separately, and we do not share these details with event organisers, sponsors or anyone else for their marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to contact@falconincentives.com, and we will stop contacting you.

Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period agreed in our service agreement. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months.
