Tarun spent over a decade inside the incentive compensation world before founding Falcon Incentives. Not as a consultant looking in from the outside, but as the person actually building the models, fixing what broke, and explaining to reps why their payout didn't match their expectation.

He's worked across pharmaceutical sales forces, SPM platform implementations, and complex global comp builds. The pattern he kept seeing was consistent: strong comp design on paper, broken execution underneath.

That's the problem Falcon Incentives exists to solve. He still consults on compensation design and quota methodology for global clients, which means every engagement is informed by what's actually happening on the ground, not just what best practice says should be.

Top-Down Quota Cascading

Import your Home Office or Organization-level quotas via Excel or CSV. QuotaBridge structures them through your hierarchy, from region to team to manager to rep, based on your org design. Whether you run a 3-level mid-tier org with 2 products or a 5-level enterprise with 8 products, shared and unique across teams, QuotaBridge configures to your structure.

Multi-Metric and Multi-Product Quota Setting

Handles multiple products and multiple metrics simultaneously, including revenue, units, margin, activity metrics, or any combination. Products and metrics can be shared across all teams or unique to specific ones. Each can have its own guardrail rules, refinement windows, and approval thresholds.

Zero-Sum Reconciliation

As managers refine quotas within their teams, QuotaBridge enforces that the total always reconciles to the number above it. A manager can redistribute quota across their team, but they cannot inflate the total. The numbers always add up, at every level of the hierarchy, automatically.

Approval Workflows

Changes that hit soft limit thresholds, or that require sign-off by design, trigger an approval workflow. Every adjustment that needs review goes to the right person, with full context on what changed and why. No email chains, no offline conversations that nobody can trace later.

Audit Trail on Every Change

Every quota adjustment, including who made it, when, what changed, whether it was within limits, and whether it was approved, is logged automatically. Full version history on every number. Explainable to reps, to managers, to finance, and to the board.

Communication to Reps

Once quotas are finalised and approved, reps see their numbers in QuotaBridge directly, broken down by product or metric, with the context they need to understand what they're being asked to hit. No PDF email. No spreadsheet attachment.

Managers get a structured window to refine quotas within their team, but within boundaries you set. The guardrail system works on two levels, fully configurable by role, hierarchy level, product, and client.

Soft Limit

Warning threshold, change allowed

If a manager's adjustment exceeds this boundary (for example, plus or minus 5%), they see a warning but can still submit. It flags the deviation without blocking the workflow. You set the percentage, and it's custom per role, hierarchy, and product.

Hard Limit

Absolute boundary, submission blocked

If the adjustment exceeds this threshold (for example, plus or minus 10%), the system blocks submission. The manager cannot proceed until they bring the change within the allowed range. Fully configurable, you define what "too far" means.
